Is the shower bonnet really watertight?
Yes. Our triple-layer shower bonnet combines a double waterproof outer membrane with a satin inner layer to keep your Locks perfectly dry.
Will the night bonnet stay on all night?
The bonnet features a wide, soft elastic and an adjustable band to stay in place, even on long and voluminous Locks.
Do the accessories suit long, thick Locks?
Yes, as long as you pick the right size — check the size guide. Every product is built from our community's feedback, with sizes and materials made for Locks, not adapted after the fact.
Can I exchange my size?
Yes, you have 14 days from delivery to exchange your size. Just reach out via the Contact page or by email.

Which size should I pick?
Five real sizes, from S to XXL. The most common uncertainty is around M: if your Locks are long, voluminous or many, go one size up. If you pick wrong, we exchange the size within 48h of receiving the return.
Is the shower bonnet really waterproof?
Yes. The construction was reworked with our manufacturer: two waterproof layers + a satin lining. The change came straight from our customers' feedback.
Why this price when other bonnets are cheaper?
Because a generic bonnet isn't sized for Locks. Here, every product is designed for Locks: volume, weight, length, maturity. From our salon experience, a bonnet lasts about 2 years — that's a few cents per protected night.
Will it suit my Locks?
Young or mature Locks, fine or thick, long or short: our products are built for every stage. If you're unsure, write to us — we've been styling Locks for 25 years and reply within 24–48 business hours.
How much is shipping, and what about French Guiana or Martinique?
Free shipping from €49 in mainland France and Europe
French Guiana and Martinique: free pickup, no minimum order, at Lock's and Refresh in Matoury (973) and VTL Locks in Schœlcher (972). Your order is prepared from our local stock. Home delivery is free from €120.
Guadeloupe and Réunion Island: home delivery, free from €120. A pickup point is coming in Guadeloupe; Réunion will follow.
Can I return a product?
Exchange or refund within 14 days, on an unopened and unworn product. The return is at your expense and we process it within 48h of receipt.
Why buy a routine rather than a single product?
Because one gesture isn't enough: friction, water and traction damage your Locks at three different moments. The Ritual covers the whole week and makes you self-sufficient between salon visits.
