Your order is prepared as soon as payment is confirmed. Shipping is done within 24 hours, and transit times vary depending on the destination and carrier. Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout. Haven't received anything and tracking is not updating? Write to us, we'll take care of it.
Some Locks Passion products are offered as preorders. The estimated shipping date is indicated on the product page. You are charged at the time of purchase, which reserves your item. You receive an email upon shipping with your tracking number. If your order contains a preorder and an in-stock product, they may be shipped together depending on the chosen option.
Exchanges are accepted only for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, no exchange is possible if the accessory has been worn or opened. If your item arrives defective or if you have an issue, contact us within 48 hours with photos as proof.
Your digital products (PDFs, guides) are accessible immediately after purchase, by email and on the confirmation page. They can be read on phone, tablet, and computer. Note: downloadable products are non-refundable.
