Yes, the program is open worldwide. Your commissions are paid in euros, regardless of your country of residence.

15% on each sale generated via your affiliate link or promo code, calculated on the pre-tax price (excluding taxes and shipping). From €500 in sales generated, you automatically move to 20%.

Each click on your affiliate link deposits a 90-day cookie in the customer's browser. If they purchase within the following 90 days, the sale is automatically attributed to your UpPromote account. You track your performance in real time from your dashboard.

As soon as you reach €50 in accumulated commissions, you can request your payment from your UpPromote dashboard. Payment is made by bank transfer or PayPal according to your preference, within a few days after your request. Payments are not automatic: you decide when you want to receive your commissions.

If the customer is refunded (cancellation, return, refund request), the commission related to that sale is automatically deducted from your UpPromote account. This is the standard logic of any affiliate program.

Product shipments are reserved for the most engaged partners (sales volume, quality of created content, regularity). If you are starting, you can order products with your accumulated commission to test them, or wait until you reach an activity level that unlocks free shipments.

Yes, we create personalized promo codes for our active partners (like VITA10 or DEEDEE15). Your code gives a discount to your community and credits you the commission just like your affiliate link.

You have free access to all photos and videos published on Locks Passion social networks. For specific visuals (launch of a new product, seasonal campaign), we share media kits directly in the Collabs WhatsApp group.

As soon as your registration is validated (within 48h), you receive the invitation link by email. The group is private, reserved for active partners, and it is our main channel for news, marketing materials, advice, and exchanges between professionals.

Yes, at any time, without notice or fees. You can deactivate your UpPromote account whenever you want. If you have a commission pending when you leave the program, it will be paid to you normally once the threshold of €50 is reached.

No, no exclusivity required. You can work with other Locks accessory brands in parallel. We just ask you to respect the image and values of Locks Passion when representing us.

Yes, commissions received are income to be declared according to your tax situation and country of residence. Locks Passion does not provide tax advice: consult an accountant or tax advisor for the appropriate procedure based on your status (micro-entrepreneur, freelancer, employee as a supplement, etc.).
